We welcome bookings from customers living outside the UK and Ireland and we will do everything we can to make arrangements and ensure your holiday runs smoothly. 

Communication via email or our online availability request form is welcomed and you are assured of a prompt reply from our office in Germany. 

You can also telephone us any time between 9.00 am and 5.30 pm weekdays, bearing in mind any time difference (GMT/Greenwich Mean Time + 1 hour).  If you reach our answering machine please let us know your name, country and telephone number when calling, we will call you back within 24 hours.

We speak English fluently! 

Payment: to confirm a reservation, we will ask for a deposit.  We are pleased to accept payment by MasterCard, Visa or American Express credit card, bankers draft or International bank transfer.  All such amounts would be processed in Euro (€).  Please note that we do NOT accept payments in the form of foreign currency drafts or cheques.  Thereafter, balance payments are required to have been paid no later than 4 weeks before the holiday start date by the same method.  Please note that for bookings made within 4 weeks of the start date of your holiday the full payment must be paid when the reservation is made.

Note: we charge customers living outside the EU an additional €20 per tour pack to cover the additional postage costs.
