| STEP 2 |
| Find a suitable flight and hire car (see travel planner) – but DON’T book just yet. We cannot be held liable, in cases where the dates you require are not available, for losses incurred relating to any flight / hire car or other travel bookings you have made. |

| STEP 3 |
| Check availability. To avoid any unnecessary delays please complete our convenient availability request form online. We will check accommodation availability, answer any questions you may have and re-confirm the price. Usually we get back to you by email within 24 hours (Mon-Fri). If not specifically instructed by you, no rooms will be held in your name at this point! |

| STEP 4 |
| Make a provisional booking. Simply send an email to touchingnature@email.de with your holiday choice, your name and contact details, the number of people travelling and the holiday dates. We double-check that your accommodation is still available and then confirm by email that we are holding your holiday for you. At this point we generate a Booking Reference Number to help us track your reservation – please quote this number on any future communication with us relating to this holiday. Your provisional booking is valid for 3 days to give you time to book your travel. |

| STEP 5 |
| Organise and book your flights, car hire or Channel crossing (if self-drive), and, if applicable, travel insurance (see travel planner). |

| STEP 6 |
Confirm your booking. When you have booked your travel, and if applicable, organised your travel insurance, confirm the booking using our secure online booking request form. A non-refundable deposit of 15% of the holiday cost will be required. We accept payment by credit card (Visa/MasterCard/Amex) for confirmation of booking. Please make full payment if you are booking within 4 weeks of departure.
If we do not receive a confirmed booking within the 3-day (provisional booking) period, we assume that you no longer wish to proceed and your accommodation will be released to other clients without further notification. |

| STEP 7 |
| On receipt of your completed booking request form and deposit we will send you an email confirming your booking. With this email you will also receive a confirmation invoice (attachment in PDF format) outlining the holiday price, the deposit received, the amount and the date the balance payment is due. Please allow up to 3 working days for your booking to be processed and for the confirmation email to reach you. |

| STEP 8 |
Pay the balance no later than 4 weeks before departure. Balance payment may be made by credit card, International Money Transfer in Euros direct to our bank account, or Euro (€) bank draft posted to: TOUCHING NATURE TRAVEL, ADLERSTRASSE 5, D-85354 FREISING, GERMANY. If paying by bank draft please make it payable to Touching Nature Travel and write your name, address and booking reference number on the back. Our bank details will be shown on your confirmation invoice.
When completing the booking request form you can opt to have the balance automatically charged to your credit card account 4 weeks before the date of your holiday. Alternatively, there is a Pay Balance form (for final payments by credit card) on this website.
You DO NOT have to pay a Credit Card Surcharge. Unlike most other travel companies, we do not charge for using credit cards.
Please note that we DO NOT issue reminder statements. If we do not receive payment by the date shown on your confirmation invoice, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and cancellation charges will apply.

| STEP 9 |
After full and final payment for your holiday has been received - usually around 3–4 weeks before your holiday commences - we will post your tour pack, hotel voucher and other documents.
